Make it Burn!


I’m still on my dean! OK! So today I went to Clark Atlanta to workout on their field, and run the stairs and now I want to take off my legs lawd they’re on fire. I workout with my friend Angie and mind you she is no more than 115 pounds and ran track for all four years in college, now this lil mama had me doing things that only a skinny person should and could do….LOL but I love her for the push that she gives me…it’s just that I have to remind her that I need to pace myself because she is just like a bolt of lighting…Well I’m not going to step on the scale until the end of next month because I would hate to see a number that I’m not happy with and then become down and out about it… So the scale is my enemy right now LOL…So I’m about to go soak for HOURS!!! I will keep you with an update… Until Next Time Take care of yourselves!

Good luck with that pa! You're lookin' good and you'll do great! F*ck the scale! That mutha f*ckin' scale nearly sent me to Haagen Daz comfort lounge recently... truth is, I'm smaller, but heavier... weird huh? So, as I've experienced you're likely to see your dimensions change (in a positive way) even if the scale doesn't shift as quickly. Concentrate on measurements rather than weight!
BREATHE... WORK THROUGH THE PAIN AND KNOW THAT IT MEANS YOU'RE DOIN' YOUR THING!

The scale is a trap-so u don't need it
Oh yeah, get your burn on! From a anatomy persons perspective up downs put a lot of impact on your lower body. Please have on properly cushioned shoes while you do that. You track friend should know the deal. Hate for you to do all the work and hurt yourself.

Good for you. I used to run and excerise and stuff. I've been to the gym twice in the last month. Not a good look. Hopefully, you'll inspire me!
